The only negative comment I have is that when I came up from A and E, the drs had not written out any pain relief for me. This means I spent about 2 hours in the worst agency of my life while the nurses could do nothing - they tried to page the dr but he was in 'handover'. This should never have happened and caused me terrible suffering for no reason. However, the nurses and care assistants are absolutely fantastic and so lovely, caring and professional. I can't thank them enough.

Everybody was so attentive especially Sharon. How they can work for so long each day and still keep happy is amazing.

I felt looked after very well in general and with Dr Houssa and HCA Kathrine in particular. The ward is very nice and clean. Please keep it up.

Experienced exceptionally long wait for medication and discharge papers. Please inform relatives when person is ready to collect i.e (after medication has been dispensed). Came to collect relative, then waited another 3 1/2 hours after that! Otherwise informative, pleasant and helpful staff.

The staff were warm attentive and polite. They assisted me walking and getting out of bed. The surgeons and doctors explained what would happen in surgery and all potential risk. The doctors who came to see me after surgery were attentive and explained everything to me. The only negative was I didn't get to sleep because one of patients was disruptive and there were lots of beeping but I understand this isn't staff fault.
